Former trial lawyer Nanci Danison died in a mammography room after an invasive radiology procedure that preceded breast cancer surgery. She returned from the afterlife after 30 minutes with proof that we are far more powerful than we imagined. The Author gives us the tools we need to unleash that power, such as self-healing, accessing Universal Knowledge, and consciously creating more favorable events in our lives. In return for performing a mission once back on Earth, the Author was allowed to remember some of the hundreds of Knowings she was given by Source/God. BACKWARDS relates her astounding intimate communications with Source/God answering: What is God? What am I? What does God expect of me? What is the purpose of life? Where’s heaven? Where’s hell? And what’s the one true religion?

In an objective, non-religious way suitable for all audiences, BACKWARDS tells the story of all the wonderful experiences the Author had in the afterlife, including remembering hundreds and hundreds of other lifetimes all over the universe; witnessing Creation of the universe through Source/God’s eyes; watching Earth’s history and future; merging herself into her 5 Light Being friends and living their lives vicariously; and awakening to life as Source’s own consciousness and self-awareness. Part I of this book reveals the Eternal Truths Source/God gave the Author in answer to her biggest questions. Part II includes the Creator’s own suggestions for how human life can be improved, as well as a detailed comparison between human nature and our natural spiritual nature.

Nanci L. Danison, BS, BA, JD, retired from practicing law as a health lawyer in Ohio, having been in practice for 36 years, first with a prestigious, Midwestern, 270-attorney regional law firm, and then as a solo practitioner. She graduated from Morris Harvey College magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Biology & Chemistry. Her Doctorate in Jurisprudence is from The Ohio State University College of Law. Ms. Danison has for years been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell's "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers" as one of the top 5% of lawyers in the country.

Prior to 1994, Ms. Danison devoted her attention to developing a national reputation in the fields of Medicare fraud defense and general health law; served on the Boards of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio, Inc. and the Gestalt Institute of Ohio; and represented the local Bar Association on TV interview segments on the Noon News for several years.

Ms. Danison now writes books and conducts workshops detailing her memories of an extensive afterlife experience following her death in March 1994. After that experience, Ms. Danison left the security of her law firm and set up her own firm, earned her private pilot's license, and became a licensed private detective. She continued her community service on the Boards of Directors of The Columbus Cancer Clinic and of National Church Residences.

Her expanded afterlife experience provided Nanci with the unique opportunity to view human life from the perspective of one who has transformed into a Being of Light, like the Beings of Light other near-death experiencers encounter. Ms. Danison learned how to consciously manifest reality, hold multiple simultaneous levels of self-awareness, access Universal Knowledge on a wide variety of subjects, recognize and experience unconditional love, apply self-healing techniques, and utilize many other abilities natural to us all in our spiritual state. During her afterlife experience, she viewed the history of planet Earth and how religion developed and has been woven into the fabric of human evolution. Just at the moment when Nanci was to merge fully and finally into the Source/God, she decided to return to her body in order to bring back messages of hope and love, which are contained in her various works.

Since that original visit to the afterlife, Ms. Danison has died twice more and returned to the afterlife to meet with groups of Light Beings that monitor the mission she undertook at the end of her 1994 visit, i.e., to tell anyone who would listen what she experienced and learned in the afterlife. She has also had multiple near-death experiences when being treated in a hospital. Nanci was also privileged to share part of her mother's going into the Light experience when her mother died.
