Our Shopify is for retail end-consumer orders only
Please submit all PO’s to pbs@pathwaybook.com
We ask that you pre-pay for your first order with us via credit card & after that, we can extend Net 30 terms to all bookstores/resellers/libraries without a credit app.
A publisher may choose to personally extend deeper discounts, free shipping, and/or Net 30 terms to you directly. If that is the case, please state this clearly on your PO as "per publisher."
We ask that all POs (formal or informal) be emailed to pbs@pathwaybook.com
Please make sure to put "Purchase Order" in the subject line of your email
We require written confirmation on all orders & this must be emailed to pbs@pathwaybook.com for your order to be fulfilled.

If sending an informal PO please be sure to include:
- Your customer #, IF you already have an account with Pathway
- Bill to: All contact info-Name, phone #, email & mailing address
- Ship to: All contact info-Name, phone #, email & mailing address
- ISBN #, Title & QTY of books
- Preferred method of delivery-UPS will be the default
- Any dates the books need to arrive by
- Any special terms of sale given by the publisher
Unless otherwise noted, Pathway applies standard reseller discounts as follows:
1-4 books 20% off
4-24 books 40% off
25+ books 42% off
