After nearly 30 years as a fundraising professional, Jim Eskin launched Eskin Fundraising Training, LLC, in 2018. Since then he has hosted numerous workshops, webinars, podcasts and TV interviews with renowned professionals on topics of interest to professional and volunteer non-profit leaders around the world. Workshops and board training sessions that he conducts provide the coaching and support services non-profits need to compete for and secure private gifts. He has authored hundreds of guest columns for newspapers, business journals and blogs, and publishes Stratagems, a free monthly e-newsletter exploring timely issues and trends in philanthropy, advocacy, and image. Jim’s first book, 10 Simple Fundraising Lessons, a common-sense guide to overcoming your fear of asking for gifts, was published in 2019 and can be purchased on Amazon in either printed or electronic format.
