Will Harney

Will Harney is an illustrator who graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 2001, with honors and a recognition for Conceptual Clarity and Aesthetic Excellence. His projects have included phonics books for Marilyn Toomey at Circuit Publications, a Campus Map update for Yale University’s Divinity School in 2018, and currently enjoys New England landscape painting in pastels as a hobby. His family has a home in Fryeburg, Maine, and enjoys digging for amethyst crystals in his spare time, a hobby he shares with his father. He is inspired by wilderness and nature, and primarily works in gouache, dry pastel and watercolors. He currently lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts and works full time as an art director.
