While serving four terms on Professional Ski Instructors of America’s National Nordic Team, including two terms as coach, McGee developed educational content, and organized and led training sessions across the U.S. and at international instructor gatherings. A former World Cup telemark competitor, he applies learning from competition and adventure to his teaching in cross-country, alpine and telemark. Author of Falcon Guides Basic Illustrated Cross-Country Skiing, he’s published over 60 articles on teaching and technique. He was recently granted a permit for cross-country instruction and guiding on the Blackrock Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest, and will host Corn Camps and Guide Courses this spring.
