Kimberley Tait is a novelist who has worked as a writer and editor for twenty-five years. Kimberley’s debut novel, Fake Plastic Love, was published by Flatiron Books. She wrote her sophomore novel, Bright Stars, to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of September 11th, drawing from her experience as a Class of 2001 graduate serving on the 9/11 relief effort in New York. Kimberley is the recipient of a 2026 FAIR Artist Grant supporting artistic freedom and excellence that highlights our common humanity. Advocating for beauty, sincerity, and the human soul, she is part of a new Romantic movement rising above the age of algorithms. A Canadian, American, and Swiss citizen, Kimberley lives in New Hampshire, USA, with her family.
