Kevin Harkins has been documenting the life and times of people in his natice city, Lowell, Massachusetts, since the 1970s. His work has appeared in numerous exhibitions and publications including the book In Tadem by Livingston and Burke; Merrimack Valley Magazine and Portraits at Saint Anselm College.  His event and portrait photography is routinely featured in New England Foundation for the Arts' public art spotlights, award announcements, and organizational reporting.
